iTunes and Vista? Not really…
iTunes doesn’t seem to play very well with Vista yet…
And that was a fresh start of iTunes, after it refused to play anything… Everything would work, it would even tell me it was playing… but no sound came out, and it didn’t move the progress bar.
It works well *most* of the time, but it crashes a lot more than it used to do when I had XP 
I refuse to use anything else though; I’ll just wait until a patch is released 
Edit: Seems to be working fine now - I think it was partially caused by a dodgy plugin.

yeah its about the same i leave it for a min and it starts working and sometimes after about 30 secs it will bring the window to the front even if i have minimized it bloody annoying when wanking

I had the same problem, where it would come into focus randomly… I uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled again, and now it seems fine

I’ve got that problem as well, but have found if you maximize it or move it around a little it will fire back into action quite quickly

I personally haven’t tried iTunes on Vista although I’ve had friends who have tried iTunes 7.0.2 on Vista Ultimate and it ran without problem. 7.1 has been released now so hopefully it will now play fair…
